Returns & Cancellations Policy
Please note that since all products are made to order we are unable to accept returns of a non-faulty item. This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations which came into effect in the UK on 13 June 2014 (replacing the Distance Selling Regulations).
Cancellations
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been submitted. This is because the order is submitted directly into the manufacturer's production process. For this reason, please make sure you check the design, size, colour and quantity before paying for your order.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please do not attempt to return the item to the manufacturer.
Exchanges
As all items are made to order we are unable to accept exchanges unless an error has occurred on our part or the item is faulty.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
